To enable and encourage West Windsor residents to develop and sustain a superior quality of life, economic vitality, and community unity for the benefit of all.

* Goals *

• Promote understanding and positive interaction among all members of the community.
• Encourage maximumparticipation of residents in community affairs and in the political process at all levels to ensure that the concerns of all groups are fully addressed.
• Build a stronger sense of community through such means as the promotion of local events, development and maintenance of common areas, and creation of a unified West Windsor ZIP code.
• Encourage realistic efforts to maintain and enhance the Township's natural environment.
• Observe significant national, state and local holidays with appropriate ceremonies and memorials.
• Achieve responsible, professional and efficient management of Township government.
• Manage the pace of residential growth in order to maintain our quality of life and property tax stability.
• Attract quality business and commercial ratables consistent with community standards and requirements.
• Foster the creation and maintenance of efficient infrastructure to support our community needs.
• Support responsible measures to minimize crime and ensure public safety.
